On one hand, I get why people like this, but it does not really give you an incentive to play through the game. This version has all of the characters unlocked from the start. Tekken Tag Tournament has a deep level of skill at play, but at the same time, a guy who has never played this before can fire it up and have fun playing it by just mashing buttons. The Tekken Tag series is just so much fun and what I love about Tekken Hybrid is that it is the kind of fighting game that is fun for everyone. Overall, this is a solid package as far as the presentation goes.

The leap to Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is pretty significant and while you only get to play a little part of it here, you will be impressed at how good it looks. It noticeably looks sharper than the original and that is all you can really ask for. Clearly, the game does not look as good as games like Tekken 6 or Tekken Tag Tournament 2, but the HD visuals do make this the best way to experience Tekken Tag Tournament if you ask me. Tekken Tag Tournament was a launch game for the PlayStation 2 and in Tekken Hybrid they have taken that game, but made it all HD and fancy. It is not an amazing movie, but it is a fun popcorn style of movie. The story takes place between the events of Tekken 5 and 6, but the story is most certainly its own thing.

The story of Tekken: Blood Vengeance is pretty cool and features favorites such as Nina Williams, Ling Xiaoyu, and more.
